First news i get when i meet up with my familly over the week-end
he commited suicide last week on the 5th
hung himself...
it is weird, we learned he had tried suicide at 14, and that he was bipolar
and now, he just turned 18, and had received admittance to pilot school, and he is gone
it seems now that we didnt really know him all that well, his familly is part of a special religion, wich i wont name, and i guess they felt the need to hide his bipolar condition, and his first attempt, even from us
and it just leaves me confused, as i realize i dont know really know those people
her mother had lost her other sons a few years back in a drowning incident, it really must be quite traumatic for her and her 3 daughters
i just dont know what to say ...

All I'll say is I hope medical treatment for his condition wasn't an option because of the religion. Its unfortunate that someone that young has their life ended just as it about to take off (no pun intended). My condolences Shir, thats not the kind of news anyone should have to hear at a family gathering on a holiday.

mostly, his mother kept a very close eye on him, talked to him every night, and if he didnt feel fine he'd go to her
