yet, in a struggling team, where we are always bound by deadlines, and lack of manpower, they fired the one guy i was hired at the same time
and this after we got a new recruit, last week
basically, they just doubled my work again
what a bunch of stupid retards, hopefully, they find a replacement fast!
considering the last one took more than a month, im fairly pessimistic

Perhaps im not understanding the story right. But it sounds to me like they're taking a two person job and shiram is working his ass off to cover for two people. And so long as shiram covers his ass they aren't going to replace him.

actually its a 4 person job
we got a new girl last week, so she isnt 100%
and the other woman, well she's on special projects...
so i do more than half of the whole workload, im the one that handles the most calls, the one with the most calls closed, i manage the licenses, and backups as well
and i cant half-ass it, its just not the way i work
and they fired him cause since he started playing WoW he made alot of mistakes...
