If there is any sort of movie you should see this year, be it Fan Boys.
As far as ive noticed, this movie has been low key in advertisement. Ive seen one trailer someplace on the net and have read very little into the actual background/story of the movie.
Pretty much the movie takes like this. A group of friends (College-era I think) decide to go to Skywalker Ranch, home of George Lucas, and steal the reel to Star Wars: Episode 1 prior to its release in theaters (so this takes place back in 95 or whenever) The movie is about their shenanigans across the US to their destination where they attempt the ultimate theft. I -think- the story is the guys trying to steal the movie for a dying friend who wants to see it before his death, but as I said, ive only read very little about this movie.
Oh, and its release date is sometime mid august.
