Question about SOE cross game messages

Hey, whats the syntax for sending ingame messages across gaming platforms? I know I can send a message from SWG to EQ2, but I dont remember all of the syntax

So far, what I remember, its EQ2.<server>.<character> but thats not working, I seem to recall another divider in there someplace.
