Maztica = America
Faerun = Europe
Zakhara = Africa
Kara Tur = Asia

As for the Sword Coast, I wouldn't call it gay cause it's a pretty interesting region but there are some "better" ones that I prefer (and no, I don't mean the really GAY Dalelands ;P). I'm thinking about Sembia, the Dragon Coast, Vilhon Reach, Calimshan, etc. So diverse, so inspiring...

Bane, I'd rather play in Faerun as well but what can we do...

So where/what is Greyhawk?

Well, maybe I was a little quick to judge :-/ But still, GW wasn't fun enough for me, and if DnD_online is alot like it and it's on Eberron I just don't think I'll have any real reason to try it out. I know I won't play it (and I definitely won't pay for it).

Waiting for Medieval 2: Total War mysefl :) _if_ I could upgrade my comp 'til then..

GH is a pretty old, "classic" setting. Eberron is a totally different ball game. It's like a mixture of dark fantasy with some other influences on the verge of film noir etc. There is one particularly interesting race, the warforged (kinda like cyborgs or intelligent golems)... There is a spectacular city Sharn, with its soaring towers... You can read a lot about the world on wizards.com. The world seems quite spectacular and cinematic but I'd prefer the FR anyway.
