Anyone want to disagree?

As much as i love the Democrates, and everything they stand for this election year... its already over.

McCain's VP choice, from the timing to the person he chose was genius. Biden was a GREAT choice for Obama, and the pair of them beat McCain in my opinion.

But bringing in a woman whos a virtual unknown, with a son in Iraq, who's young and charismatic (the anti hiliary, if you will).

It's over. My prediction still stands, 60/40 McCain LANDSLIDE[/i]

Woman conservative who is against abortion... it'll bring in as many voters as it'll scare away I think.
"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation don't have maps and I believe that our education like such as in South Africa and the Iraq and everywhere like such as and I believe that they should our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S. or should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future for us."

I think it was a brilliant way to keep those Hillary voters who swore they would vote for McCain when she lost. Let's face it, most of those people who said they would not vote for Obama because they were Hillary supporters would eventually end up voting for him because they are democrats at heart, but now that they have another chance to vote for a woman it will probably really help McCain in the end.

I bet McCain had at least 2 choices ready to go, one for if Obama chose Hillary (then the woman thing wouldn't help him), and one for if he didn't.

Honestly, and i may be wrong, i don't think people are giving McCain enough credit in this pick.

I don't think this was a spur of the moment, shoot from the hip, lets grab those woman voters kinda move.

While i believe the Biden choice was strictly to counter McCain's attacks on Obama, i believe this choice is McCain's way of passively increasing his position overall.

Obama can't focus his attacks on the lack of credit this woman has, shes more qualified than he is. She brings viturally nothing negative to the campain, and allows McCain to show that he is about CHANGE and progress, but not socialism. And forget about the hiliary swing independents here for a moment, shes a mom. A PTA member. She is VERY well liked, and due to her unknown status, will bring a LOT of focus to her for the remaining 60ish days before the vote. We already know everything there is to know about the other 3, so long as she appears smart, confident, and willing to support mccain's platform, id say she drives virtually NO ONE away, and brings in MANY voters to the McCain side.

Her and her husband are in unions... that will definatly turn conservative union members to their side. I really do think that he's picked the best possible VP candidate even if she has a small amount of experience.
